Can I add an animated gif as the fill of a vector in my svg?

I have an SVG of a cartoon, with every element as a vector.

This is it right here :point_down:t4:

In the beige part of the cartoon, instead of a solid color I want to use a gif that will animate inside the vector. Then possibly export the cartoon as a gif.

I know the fill has the ability to add images, but when I add a gif it remains static.

Is this something I can do on Figma or would I be better off using another editor?

Thank you.
