Can Figma be used to create a project not for my own company, but for another company?

Assuming that I work for Company A, can I use Figma to deliver a project for Company B? Or, can I use Figma for Company A only?

Is the EULA / license the same for Starter, Professional, or Organization?

I caveat what’s below by saying these are my own views, and that you should seek legal counsel for “official” answers:

  1. Short answer yes. We’re a consultancy that designs for other companies all the time. Longer answer: There are some restrictions around what Company B does (e.g. can’t be a competitor to Figma).

  2. I think it’s the same for all, yes. That is my reading of the Figma Software Services Agreement
