[BUG] Bug in alignment

After the latest update, I’m unable to change my styles due to an icon alignment issue in the UI. Whenever I hover over the styles, the icon shifts downward, preventing me from opening and modifying them. This behavior is happening both in the Figma app and browser.

Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out. It sounds strange. Could you try the troubleshooting below?

  • Close any Figma tabs you’re not using
  • Browser: Force-quit and open Figma in a new browser window.
  • Desktop App: Force-quit the Figma Desktop app and restart it. If the issue persists, try clearing the cache.

If the issue still continues, could you submit a bug report detailing the steps that led to this issue? You can do so by following the link: https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/articles/360041468234-Submit-a-bug-report

Thanks,
Toku

I came here to ask because I’m facing the same bug. It just started happening right now. Nothing really led to the issue; one moment I was creating / editing styles, then I can’t anymore because the “Edit style” icon is misaligned. I’m using the Desktop app (but it also happens in the browser), restarting the app / clearing the cache didn’t solve the issue (and now, suddenly, the app is also on dark mode).

I submitted a bug report.

Thanks for the quick reply, it seems the issue have been fixed already.

The issue with the “edit style” icon has been resolved, but the “add style” icon is still misaligned on my end, both on browser and in desktop app.
