I don’t mind the color palette in Figjam, but please give me option to adjust opacity on them so designers can play with overlapping shapes + colors for diagrams and frameworks

Completely agree here; I like to use the opacity in shapes to highlight objects or text in a clean manner, or just for design purposes. You can copy+paste a transparent shape from figma into figjam and it translates over, yet figjam will not let you change the opacity. It is very frustrating.
