Using `CMD` and `+ or -` to zoom is too simplistic: it jumps from 50% to 100%. Often, 50% is too zoomed out, 100% too zoomed in. What about 75%?

What is the keyboard shortcut to zoom to selected item (as when you double-click a layer)? “Zoom to fit” is for everything, not what I mean.

Wacom tablets have a meaningful zoom using the wheel, which helps but it would be better as a keyboard shortcut.
