Why maximum animation length is 2seconds?

I just ran into this trying Motion for the first time but i found out you can increase the max duration in the top left corner. There are 2 boxes with miliseconds, first one is the playhead location and the second one the duration.

Edit: I built my animation on a component and i had to also increase duration on the instance, i went up to 4500ms.
