Loving the new AI features in Figma, especially First Draft. ✨
It’s great that we can choose from different libraries, but I’m wondering—is there a timeline for allowing user libraries instead of just using the four default ones?

Right now, the available options are:

  • Basic app (315 components)
  • App wireframe (317 components)
  • Basic site (166 components)
  • Site wireframe (163 components)

Would love to know if custom libraries are on the roadmap and when we might expect this feature.

Replying to keep the suggestion alive. This is very much needed!

So much needed!

I was trying the Figma AI Playground file and one of the first things I thought (and try) while reading "AI prompt tips" about First Draft feature was "Wow I'll be able to connect my own custom/DS Library", but when I try it… "Noooo, not yet" 😜!

Any expected timeline for custom library please..

Would love to have this. For now I’ll just use the wireframe options.

This would completely unlock the AI tools for real use cases.
