When prototyping with open overlay, select a frame on the canvas rather than scrolling down a dropdown

During prototyping, when you use the open overlay interaction you get a long list of all the frames in your canvas.

You can get hundreds of frames with the same name and have to rely on an outline to know what you are selecting, it would be easier when if you can just click on the frame on the canvas to select it.
