When I hover over Width or Height I can't see Auto layout settings

Problem:

• Controls for autolayout and width/height are combined together
• When I hover over the control I can’t see autolayout settings
• When hovering the number is enabled and looks like the value is fixed

It would be nice to see Hug, Fill, Fixed settings all the time.
