Vector Image Settings

When you use the pen tool to draw a vector image, normally when you use the bend option, it's automatically set to ā€˜Mirror Angle.’ But then I mostly have to manually change it to ā€˜No Mirroring’ since that helps more with the accuracy of the edges of the images I want to create. But when I have really big images, it gets tiring having to always change the settings to ā€˜No Mirroring’ for every single point. Isn’t there a way to automatically leave the settings on the last option selectedĀ instead of it always being set to ā€˜Mirror Angle’? Or is there a keyboard shortcut for that?

In Figma’s current setup, the Bend tool’s mirroring defaults to ā€œMirror Angleā€ every time a new point is added, which can slow down work on large vector images. Unfortunately, there's no built-in shortcut or global setting to preserve the ā€œNo Mirroringā€ preference. However, many designers get around this by duplicating existing segments with the desired settings, which can speed things up slightly. For better workflow, you can also submit or upvote a feature request in the Figma forum to support sticky preferences—a change many users would welcome.
