I think the "contact us" function is very poorly designed and has caused me a lot of trouble. After submitting my feedback, such as a request to modify invoice information, I only received a toast message saying "figma will contact you soon". However, I have been using figma for 3 years and I don't know how to contact you. Until today. I think you should provide us with a way to contact you, such as a link on the webpage. After confirming, the pop-up window should disappear. Otherwise, it will cause a huge and unnecessary workload for customer service. I hope you will seriously consider this。

Figma’s “contact us” system is unclear. Adding a visible contact link on the webpage that opens a support form and closes the pop-up after confirmation would make it easier for users to reach support and reduce unnecessary customer service workload.

Hey everyone, thank you for taking the time to share your experiences with us. Your suggestions about making the “Contact Us” option clearer by adding a visible link to the support form and ensuring the confirmation pop-up closes, are really valuable. I’ve shared this with our team for consideration.

In the meantime you could use also this form to contact support.

We really appreciate you bringing this up, thank you!
