Turn off automatic updates in Figma?

Is it possible to turn off automatic updates in Figma? I couldn’t find such setting. Does it even exist?

This last scare was an eye opener: I’d rather work with a stable product and hold back from updating until everything is truly tested and stable.

How can I turn off automatic updates or postpone them?
