Sticky comments in specs

Why not let people attach comments and annotations to any element in specs, the same way they do everywhere else in Figma? It would make collaborating around specs more natural, and it could give AI better context too.

I framed this as a “what if,” but it’s a pain point not having the comment/annotation sticky.
