Set Default Properties For Sections

Hello!! I would like to personalize Section’s borders like on rectangles. Putting color un the top border of the section could be helpful

    I would like to see more advanced section boundary options as well!
    Generally the same as for rectangles. That is, the ability to set top, right, left and bottom borders independently.
