Send invoice as email attachment

In Finland, we have to attach the invoices to all card payments for bookkeeping. Now I need to every month to go to Favro and manually download the invoice.

Please add a feature where I can define an email address for the invoice emails and automatically send new invoices in an email with the PDF invoices attached so that we can automate the download and processing of the invoices.

The subject of the email should have the same structure each month ("You Figma invoice YYYY-MM-DD) and the PDF invoice name should be unique and contain the date of the invoice, for example, Figma incoice YYYY-MM-DD

      We’ve been waiting for this for years. It’s a pain in the ass to download the invoices through the admin panel, and the interface keeps changing so you have to find it in another place every time. Nearly every other service we use send their invoices/receipts as PDF:s to the designated billing email – so why can’t Figma? It’s literally a few hours of work to make it happen. Just fix it already! 😫

      Has the Figma team stopped replying to this issue as they don’t care? Manually moving their invoices over every month isn’t the norm and European companies need this.Figma’s continual changes to the admin is not helpful. Can someone from Figma reply to this chain and provide an update? ​@Celine_

        We need this too (Germany). Designers shouldnt need to download invoices and accountants shouldnt need access to Figma seats. Just send the invoice as PDF via email every month to the billing contact 🙏

        We have exactly the same issue.

        We have added our accounting department's email address as the billing contact. The billing notification is sent to this address, but the actual invoice can only be accessed after signing in to Figma.

        Our accounting department does not use Figma and should not need a Figma account just to access an invoice.

        It would be very helpful if Figma could automatically send the actual PDF invoice as an attachment to the billing contact. This would allow companies to automate their accounting processes instead of requiring a Figma admin to manually download and forward the invoice every month.
