"Scroll to" objects in different frames

Currently Figma only allows scrolling to objects within the same frame. This makes difficult to hyperlink to a particular location in a different frame. E.g. when making the main navigation menu in a website to navigate to specific headings in a different page

    yeap, chiming in to say I would want this 😂 In general, I’d like the possibility to trigger proto actions from one frame for another one!

    Still running into this in 2026. The ability to combine "Navigate to" with a scroll position would be a game-changer for prototyping long-form content. Five years is a long time for a request this fundamental to go unaddressed. Would love to see this on the roadmap Figma! 🙏
