Same file in more than one tab

Since Figma does not support going back to previous views, it is quite frustrating to switch between pages. Would you ever allow the same file to be opened in another tab, but not in a new app window?

This would become very handy to switch between pages in the same file.

    please add this feature… the split tab isn’t good UX for the use cases described above.

    Hi Everyone. I found one temporary solution for this. I hope it’s working on windows too, but I am using a Mac.
    So, just make your figma window full screen, this will make it a separate desktop, and then create another figma window, navigate to the same page, make it full screen too. Then just use 3 fingers swipes  (or ctrl+ →) to navigate between desktops.

    So now you have the same page but in separate windows, not separate tabs. Works for me.
