Rotation lock on scatter brushes

Custom scatter brushes are great, but we want to be able to create a true pixel brush using the scatter brush. However, to do this, we need the ability to be able to ‘rotation lock’ the brush so that instead of providing a rotation offset on the item we’re using for the brush, we can instead set that the rotation is always the same direction and doesn’t follow the path.
