As you may know, you can add alt text to an image while in Dev Mode through the Property field.

It would great if we had the ability to add hidden text to contextual elements in the same manner.

Right now, we have to either not use the dev mode option and include alt text in the same manner as hidden text, or we have to have alt text in 1 location via Dev Mode and hidden text in Comments or Annotations. Thanks.
