When hiding annotations with shift + y or right-clicking on the annotation > hide annotations, there is no clear and persistent visual indicator in the UI showing that the annotations are hidden.
I even triggered my company's design time only to later discover that my annotations were hidden and the design was complete hahaha
I was going to suggest an improvement related to annotations, but I can see that other users have the same need.
We run into the same issue: we're missing some kind of indicator that annotations exist. When we're working, annotations tend to clutter the interface, so we usually hide them. But then it's easy to forget they're hidden, and there's no visual cue to remind you that annotations are still there.
It would be great to have something like a small colored dot (matching the annotation label color) associated with the frame, so you can immediately tell there's something you should take into account.
