Re-Open Figma client will toggle on "View/Outlines/Include hidden layers"

Thanks for the feedback! Unfortunately, there’s currently no way to set “Include hidden layers” as the default. I’ll take this as a feature request and change the post category to “Share an idea.” This way, we can gauge the community’s response.
