Hi everyone,
I’d like to suggest improvements to how Prototype View works when using a second monitor in Figma.

Currently, when you press Restart in the Prototype View, it often starts from a completely different frame instead of restarting the one you were viewing. There’s no easy way to return to your original frame.
In addition, when trying to manually select a frame in the Prototype View sidebar, the frame you were working with is often missing, and random other frames are shown instead, without any clear logic.
It’s also not possible to open and manage multiple Prototype Views at the same time on a second monitor — you can only have one, and switching requires closing and reopening the Prototype View manually.

As a result, every time I need to go back to my original frame or open a different prototype, I have to completely close the Prototype View and set it up again on the second monitor.

If this behavior is intentional, could someone explain how to work with it properly?
Otherwise, I hope the Figma team will consider improving this experience.

Thanks!
