Proposal: add an Annotations panel, i.e. a List view for Annotations

Annotations can be hard to find and are often critical. A central spot that allows me to make sure I see them all would be very welcome. I’d suggest clicking an item on the list in the panel should focus the element and its annotation in the main canvas. Thanks.
