Vorremmo descrivere il nostro ambiente di lavoro attuale e quello che vorremmo raggiungere, in modo da capire come la vostra piattaforma può adeguarsi in questo.
Noi ci occupiamo di corsi di formazione di vario tipo, per ognuno di questi corsi abbiamo una brochure per un totale di quasi 200 brochure.
Queste brochure sono tutte diverse tra loro per adeguarsi ai contenuti dei singoli prodotti, ovviamente tra di loro hanno delle parti in comune, ma differiscono per:
- Numero di pagine
- Numero di blocchi testo nelle pagine
- Numero di caratteri
- Immagini (cambiano sia da brochure a brochure che nel numero all’interno delle varie brochure)
- Colori sia delle grafiche che di alcuni testi
Queste brochure vengono realizzate e hanno vita fino all’inizio del corso, il che significa che fino all’inizio del corso vengono modificate per adeguarsi ogni possibile cambiamento, sia del singolo prodotto (ad esempio il titolo di un argomento specifico) che massivo (ad esempio il nome di una tipologia di prodotto); all’inizio del corso queste brochure non devono più essere toccate.
Quello che vorremmo ottenere è un’automazione del processo di creazione e soprattutto di modifica di queste brochure, per questo motivo vorremmo capire con voi se la piattaforma può aiutarci concentrandoci sui seguenti pilastri fondamentali.
- La vostra piattaforma dispone di un database dove allocare testi immagini e materiale vario, in caso contrario è possibile collegarla a database esterni e, se si, in che modo?
- Partendo da dei template costruiti nella vostra piattaforma (Figma design + Figma Sites) sarebbe possibile, collegando questi template a un database, procedere a una creazione massiva delle di queste brochure?
- Nella creazione automatica, la vostra piattaforma può gestire dei contenuti condizionali?
(ad esempio: se una pagina prevista dal template non ha contenuti nel database la vostra piattaforma è in grado di rimuovere la pagina trovandola vuota?
Se nel template ho un blocco di testo sopra l’altro e in fase di importazione i blocchi di testo sono più o meno lunghi rispetto al template questi verranno ridistribuiti?
Se un blocco di testo, un logo o un immagine non c’è rispetto a quanto previsto nel template, l’elemento segnaposto viene nascosto?)
- Sarebbe possibile gestire, sempre in maniera automatica, agendo sul database, le modifiche sia sulla singola brochure che su tutte contemporaneamente?
Se è possibile, cosa potrebbe succedere in caso in cui: in fase di creazione una pagina è stata rimossa perché vuota, la modifica prevede che sia rimessa?
We would like to describe our current working environment and what we would like to achieve, so that we can understand how your platform can adapt to this.
We offer various types of training courses, and we have a brochure for each of these courses, totaling almost 200 brochures.
These brochures are all different from each other to suit the content of the individual products. Obviously, they have some parts in common, but they differ in terms of:
- Number of pages
- Number of text blocks on the pages
- Number of characters
- Images (these vary both from brochure to brochure and in number within the various brochures)
- Colors of both graphics and some texts
These brochures are created and remain valid until the start of the course, which means that until the start of the course they are modified to adapt to any possible changes, both to individual products (e.g., the title of a specific topic) and to the course as a whole (e.g., the name of a product type); at the start of the course, these brochures must no longer be touched.
What we would like to achieve is automation of the process of creating and, above all, modifying these brochures. For this reason, we would like to work with you to understand whether the platform can help us by focusing on the following fundamental pillars.
- Does your platform have a database where you can store text, images, and other material? If not, can it be connected to external databases, and if so, how?
- Starting from templates built into your platform (Figma design + Figma Sites), would it be possible to connect these templates to a database and proceed with the mass creation of these brochures?
- During automatic creation, can your platform manage conditional content?
(For example:
1. If a page provided for in the template has no content in the database, can your platform remove the page if it finds it empty?
2. If I have one block of text above another in the template and, during import, the blocks of text are longer or shorter than in the template, will they be redistributed?
3. If a block of text, logo, or image is not present as specified in the template, is the placeholder element hidden?) - Would it be possible to manage, again automatically, by acting on the database, changes to both individual brochures and all of them at the same time?
If so, what would happen if, during creation, a page was removed because it was empty? Would the change require it to be reinstated?
