Position

I already have two set of position information. 

[984 | 2000] [ms]

984 is where my red line is in the time line of animation, and 2000 is the total time available which is adjustable. I would also like to have the position if I select-drag a keyframe from somewhere within the timeline, sometimes it helps to know where I am.
