Option to select a precise video frame for the thumbnail preview

Our team is also hoping to see this feature in Figma come out soon. We have a problem with videos showing up as black frames when not in play mode so it’s hard to know there’s even content in frame (for both Figma and Slides).

I am also struggling with this. Sometimes I need to share plain old PNG screenshots with my clients, and those screenshots do not look pretty with the very first frame being displayed in the video container. Replacing it with images just for exporting seems a bit awkward.
