Notification of non-modification of screen on version history screen

I keep forgetting that it’s a version history screen and trying to modify the design.
I want to receive a notification that if I try to modify the design on the version history screen, it cannot be modified.
With these notifications, I will be able to quickly recognize and cope with what is called a version history screen.
