Nano Banana Pro Model Gone?

Is Nano Banana Pro coming back? I noticed it’s not an option in the model selection dropdown anymore when generating images. I strongly favor it in comparison to Nano Banana 2

    I only have Nano Banana, Nano Banana 2, and ChatGPT Images 2.0 available.

      Hi All, thanks for reaching out! 

      Our team confirmed that they recently decided to remove Nano Banana Pro due to the model’s low usage and reliability.

      We appreciate your feedback though. I’ve updated this forum topic into a feature request. If there are others in the community that also want Nano Banana Pro to return, I can try to advocate to our team for reconsideration.
