One important feature is missing = Merging cells 😦 Is this feature included as an improvement in the near future?

Merging is great, but I need more than that. I’d love for the ability to add different elements within a cell (e.g. sticky notes) that stay with the cell even when the table is moved or columns/rows are adjusted/added. And allowing connections between a cell or element within a cell would take it to the next level!!!
