Managing Bitrate in Buzz

Buzz needs the ability to export higher bitrate. It currently exports at 4 Mbps, so any Buzz exports published on Instagram are extremely low quality and streaky.

The platform needs at least 30mbps, or the ability to also export at 12mbps, which will account for Instagram’s native compression as well.

At this point, Buzz is not usable as all exports are low quality when published to social.
