Independent Width Settings for Left Panel Tools

Many features now live in the left sidebar, and while resizing it is possible, I'd like panel width to be remembered independently for different tools.

A narrow width works fine for Layers, Variables, Assets, and similar panels, but the Agent panel benefits from being much wider. Having Figma remember a preferred width for each tool would improve usability and eliminate the need to constantly resize the sidebar when switching contexts.
