Would be great to have basic formatting properties for tables. Cell color is not enough to create certain data visualizations.
- Stroke properties: color, weight, line type (dashed, solid)
- Merge cells: just a must
- Drop shadow: for table as a whole. At least in design mode
- Headers: ability to select hoe many rows to display as header
- Footers: same as headers
- Alternating colors
- Basic filtering or tagging
- Support in design files
