Improvement: Increase Click-Target Safety for Side Panel Icons

Please! Add padding between scroll bar and icons in the design side panel. Auto layout icon especially. I keep accidentally triggering the scrollbar when I try to click the icon. Can we add 8px or 12px of padding?
