I’m BEGGING: Links on frames - preserved when exported as PDF

I’m on my hands and knees begging you to allow us to add links to frames (NOT JUST TEXT), and for those links to be preserved when the file is exported as a PDF. 
 

The need for this is DIRE. PLEASE.
