In Preferences there’s the option to turn off text suggestions, but that’s not it.

“Your image looks a little blurry”, “Find more like this” — thanks for trying to be helpful, but it appears right on top of the toolbar and is highly distracting. Info pills there should appear to show results of my actions, otherwise it’s disruptive to the flow.

Moreover, “your image looks a little blurry” isn’t even working correctly. I tried to understand the logic, but it seemingly appears randomly and not even once it appeared when I was actually working with an image layer.

As for “Find more like this” — no idea what it does and why it appears when I’m pasting an image into another image layer to replace the fill.

I’d also like to know how to turn off this garbage. It just gave me the blurry image suggestion when looking at a frame with no bitmap images.

Another time I clicked it out of curiosity and it inserted a bunch of made up content in to my components, which is also not helpful. (It would’ve been helpful if it imported the real content that I have in a Google Sheet, but I still need to use a plugin for that.)

So it seem to be completely worthless to me, which makes it extremely irritating every time it appears.

I fell in love with Figma because most of time it worked how I expected it to work, in delightful ways. The fact that this worthless AI suggestion is on by default with apparently no way to turn it off makes me sad.

Agreed, the “blurry” AI suggestion feature (and others) are annoying and unpredictable. Also, it uses a hotkey combination that I use frequently for other operations which causes me to accidentally trigger the “AI feature”. This completely interrupts my workflow, having to undo something I’m not even sure of what it did.

Please Figma, remove this and put into a dedicated AI operations menu of some sort as I’m sure this will continue to get bloated.

I also hate the blurry images nag.  I’ve closed it on the same document so many times.  I DON’T WANT IT.  A few times it’s popped up while I was typing or doing something else and it triggered inadvertently.

These features need to be controllable in a preferences menu.  I don’t want Figma messing with my images or popping up unwanted dialogs and interrupting my work.
