Multiple times per week I go to hit CMD + A or CMD + W in regular use and accidentally quit everything. Maybe some people like being able to quit quickly but it’d be nice to have an option to turn on a “Hold CMD + Q to Quit” blocker like Chrome has. Or just a confirmation to quit.

Come on, guys, it's been more than 4 years we are asking for this behavior to be implemented. Can't you easily implement it since the Figma Desktop app is built on Chromium?
Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge ask to hold ⌘+Q to Quit, while Mozilla Firefox opens a dialog to confirm. Please, make it happen!
