As a user that uses Grid for designing tables (header, rows). I would like the option to add new rows or columns and change the order of the rows/columns. when adding a new column/row to an existing populated table does not mean I want the row/column to be at the end of the grid. The current design options (drag and drop) make it very hard and frustrating to introduce edits to existing populated table designs.
Design idea: add drag icon to enable rows/column drag (change order) in addition to the number order of the rows/columns
