Problem:
When we have huge files with a lot of pages then doing search functionality freezes figma. Let’s say Figma finds it after taking sometime and the person continues their work. However, the problem is that when they click on search the same keyword that was typed before retains and makes the search freeze again. Now, either the person has to reload file or wait again to complete the search and retype something different to do another search.
Solution:
One solution that comes on the top of my mind is that the search functionality shouldn’t execute autmoatically until the person presses enter to search.
