Figma Motion: Support importing from Lottie and similar formats

Maybe the Figma Motion Team already has this in their plans. When we are allowed to import Lottie files, that could help in bring in more expert animators into the Figma universe, and port their animated works into the Figma community. That’s a massive increase in the resources we can benefit from.
