Just like how GitHub has the “Forking” feature where, we make our own personal copy of a public file so to edit it freely, without effecting the original. This way alot of other people can contribute to the file and help in improving it, adding new features or fixing problems

It would be great to have such “Remix” ability to the community files so a bunch of people together can contribute in keeping files up-to-date. For examples, community files for Shadcn UI are outdated, they have not been updated for 2 years due to sheer amount of work. With remix, anybody can help in updating these files without the need of a primary dependency.
