When creating an Open Session link, I would like to only allow certain email domains to use it. Our institution does not allow Guests and a link that will allow anyone access is not allowed. We only want our authenticated users to have Open access.

I totally understand the need to keep access limited to your institution. Open Session links aren’t domain-restricted, so anyone with the link could technically join as a visitor. That said, the link itself isn’t publicly discoverable or searchable, so it wouldn’t be possible for someone to come across it by chance.
In practice, this means that as long as the link is only shared internally within your institution, you shouldn’t expect external users to access the session unless the link is forwarded outside your organization.
If you need to strictly ensure that only authenticated users from your domain can access a file, Open Sessions may not be the best fit.
That said, I really appreciate your feedback on how Open Sessions could be improved. I’ll be sure to pass this along to our team for future consideration.
