Hi Figma team,

I often need to show the flow between screens or components in my Figma design files. Currently, I find myself copying arrows from FigJam into Figma because they’re quick, lightweight, and visually ideal for interaction mapping.

One of the things I really appreciate about FigJam arrows is how they automatically adjust when elements are moved and how they bend intelligently, something most plugins or manual arrow workarounds don’t handle well. It’s a huge time-saver when exploring flows or doing quick iteration, and it keeps everything clean and readable.

With the recent addition of annotation and measurement tools in Figma, I was wondering if similar arrow/connector functionality could be added natively to Figma design files. Having this built in would make it so much easier to communicate user journeys, navigation, or logic flows directly within a design file, especially during handoff or design reviews.

Thanks for all the amazing updates you’ve been rolling out!

+1!

Also, when I copy from FigJam, the snapping logic seems faulty in Design. E.g., arrows only snap to certain layers, and they only snap to the left sides of layers (even when handles appear on all four sides). I’d love better-behaving arrows in Design!
