Enable Scalable FigJam Content in Figma Slides

I understand you're experiencing a scaling issue with elements pasted from FigJam into Figma Slides.

To help investigate, we'd like to reproduce this on our end.

Could you tell us a bit more about the vector-text content in your FigJam file? For example, was it created with the Draw tool or as a Shape?

Hi,

My team has created several flows in FigJam using shape elements that contain text and stroke, connected with connectors.

When we move and scale these elements into Slides, we’re experiencing inconsistent behavior:

• The text inside shapes does not scale along with the shape.
• Connectors also do not scale correctly.
• In contrast, standard text elements scale as expected.

I’ve attached an image that illustrates what happens when we move and scale objects between two Figma apps. As shown, only the text box elements scale properly (on the top corner) while the text inside shapes and the connectors do not.

FYI:

After redesigning the slide flow, we made several updates to it. Now I went to FigJam to replaced the master. We’re now back to a similar issue! Text in boxes does not scale, which is unexpected.
