Enable Default Library at Project Folder Level

Our team is part of a larger organization, and all our Figma files are in one Figma Team for which I am a team admin. We have some Default Libraries set for the entire team, but need the additional ability to set Default Libraries for specific project folders. I’m not seeing the settings to do this right now.

I don't believe that is possible, libraries are shared throughout all the org teams/projects.

For that use case, there are the "local components" (seems like this was renamed to "Created in this file").
