Display ellipsis property in SwiftUI / Compose layer properties

Hello, 

My iOS/Android engineers often ask me if a text should get an ellipsis or not. The question could be answered if the ellipsis property was displayed in the SwitfUI and Compose layer properties, in Dev Mode. 

In this example I have an ellipsis with 1 max line, but it’s not displayed anywhere.
