I would like to express my concern regarding the new interface design (UI3). Specifically, the fixed action bar is quite uncomfortable for the design experience. The fact that it cannot be moved or repositioned freely limits the visibility of the canvas and disrupts the workflow—especially when working on large projects or with many elements.

This static bar visually interferes and reduces the effective working area, which is a significant drawback compared to the previous version, where users could adapt the workspace to their preferences.

I would appreciate it if you could consider offering an option to customize the position of this bar or make it floating, as it was in UI2.
