One issue that raises its head over and over again is stakeholders having continuous access to a file once it has been shared with no way to restrict what they view.
A lot of the time this ends up with stakeholders either watching you work, or leaving comments/feedback on parts of a file that simply aren’t ready yet.
We have tried numerous ways of stopping this, but no amount of annotation, labelling or naming something as a WIP will stop someone who REALLY wants to give you that urgent feedback on your half done slider.
I don’t think we should have to completely remove access from someone just to have a private area to work in a file.
Something such as the ability to share specific pages within a file, or lock a page down so that it isn’t shared / viewable until the permission is granted. Private sections would also be a great addition.
Question
Customise permissions to restrict certain parts of a file
