we are currently looking in to transferring our communication team to Figma Buzz. Previously we created templates for our socials in Figma and used custom widgets for specific cases like scalable text highlights with rounded inner corner etc..
We believe Figma Buzz might be the right tool for them since we can connect our design system libraries but unfortunately we are not able to use our custom widgets in Buzz. We tried to create a Buzz plugin but this only work in edit mode, not in template mode.
would love to hear if the community encounters similar limitations in Buzz!
