Most of the time when I use the shortcut (Ctrl + A), my hand accidentally hits the Q key on the keyboard, causing Figma to close suddenly without any warning or alert.
I suggest:
Changing the shortcut from (Ctrl + Q) to (Ctrl + Shift + Q).
