Create New Section from Design Editor: Add to Sidebar

Problem:
There’s no way to move a file to a new sidebar section while viewing that file.

Solution proposed:
Some way to modify or add a section when selecting from list in “Add to sidebar”

My Related Goal:
Associate some open tabs together for later review, but close them right now.
